pita pita

a Pita Pita original

garlic bomb

for the garlic people.

the one that makes it

toum

whipped raw-garlic cloud, doubled down — this is the pocket we built specifically for the people who ask for extra garlic sauce.

the story

where it comes from

this one isn't from anywhere but our own kitchen. we noticed how many people asked for extra toum on the shawarma, so we built a pocket that's unapologetically all garlic.

toum-charred paneer, a second hit of garlic cream, dill for freshness and crispy shallot for crunch. it is exactly as much garlic as it sounds.

the 97 / 3

what we changed

there's no 'traditional' here — it's a Pita Pita original, built from customer requests for more toum. consider it a love letter to garlic.

lil nuggets

things to say at dinner

01

crushing garlic releases allicin — the compound behind both the bite and most of garlic's health claims.

02

toum keeps for weeks in the fridge because raw garlic and salt are natural preservatives.

03

dill and garlic are an old pairing for a reason — the herb's freshness stops the garlic from turning heavy.
